Manage the entire department of the kitchen

Supervise department employees, including scheduling, training and staff appraisal

Make purchases to ensure adequate supply for the department

Ensure food preparation, including creating new recipes

Provide quality service to customers

Education: vocational diploma or equivalent experience in the kitchen
