Job description

  • Manage the entire department of the kitchen
  • Supervise department employees, including scheduling, training and staff appraisal
  • Make purchases to ensure adequate supply for the department
  • Ensure food preparation, including creating new recipes
  • Provide quality service to customers
  • Act as a resource person in the kitchen

Education: vocational diploma or equivalent experience in the kitchen
