RASPBERRY TOFU MOUSSE

RASPBERRY TOFU MOUSSE

Ingredients

Makes 4 servings

3 cups of fresh or frozen raspberries
1 bloc of Tofu
¼ cup of non pasteurized honey
1 tsp of vanilla
Juice of ½ a lemon

 

 

Preparation

1. Whip all the ingredients in a blender to a creamy consistency

2. Pour in individual serving sizes and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
