2 cinnamon sticks or 1/2 - 1 tsp (2 - 5 ml) of cinnamon powder
1 tsp (5 ml) of fennel seeds
1 tsp (5 ml) of cardamom powder
1 tbsp (15 ml) of fresh sliced ginger
2 tsp (10 ml) of rooibos or black tea (selon le goût)
1 cup (250 ml) of hemp, almond or rice milk
Honey to taste
With the exception of the milk, mix all the ingredients together a bring them to a boil. Reduce the temperature and and allow the water to simmer for 20 minutes. Add the milk and turn off the burner. Filter and serve.
