BERRY CHIA SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

For 2 people

  • 3 tablespoons of PRANA ground Chia seeds
  • 1 cup of natural apple juice
  • 2 cups of frozen berries (blueberries, raspberries or strawberries)


 

Preparation


Put all ingredients together in the blender and blend until smooth.
Serve immediately while the smoothie is still cold.
