ANTI-CANCER SOUP

ANTI-CANCER SOUP

Ingredients

(4 servings)

1 broccoli
2 onions
2 small cabbage bok choy (or 1 medium)
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup (125 ml) shiitake mushrooms
1-3 c. tablespoons (15-45 ml) nutritional yeast food (Engevita style)
1 c. teaspoon to 1 c. tablespoon (5-15 ml) turmeric
Pinch of pepper
Sea salt to taste

Preparation

1. With the exception of the garlic and mushrooms, cook all the vegetables in a little water until they are tender.

2. In a saucepan, over medium heat, saute mushrooms in a little olive oil.

3. In a food processor, chop 2 cloves of garlic raw.

4. Add the cooked vegetables, yeast, turmeric and enough cooking water to desired consistency.

Salt and pepper.
Serve hot.
