KALE SALAD

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (500 ml) finely sliced ​​and firmly packed kale
  • ½ cup (125 ml) pine nuts or sunflower seeds
  • ¼ cup (65 ml) cranberries or dried goji berries
  • 2-3 chopped shallots
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 to 2 tbsp. tablespoons (15-30 ml) fresh lemon juice
  • 3 c. tablespoons (45 ml) olive oil extra virgin organic
  • 2 c. tsp (10 ml) Bragg sauce or tamari
  • Pinch of salt and pepper to taste
  • If desired, a few orange slices

Preparation

Thoroughly mix all ingredients. Cover. Let marinate in refrigerator several hours before serving.
