MAPLE SYRUP AND TOFU PUDDING (Dairy-free)

MAPLE SYRUP AND TOFU PUDDING (Dairy-free)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (250 ml) organic silken tofu
  • 1 cup (250 ml) organic maple syrup
  • 1 cup (250 ml) organic vanilla-flavored soy beverage or another  type of dairy-free vanilla beverage
  • 2 teaspoons(10 ml) flavor-free gelatin
  • ½ teaspoon (2 ml) vanilla

Preparation

  • Place vanilla, maple syrup and tofu in a blender and mix thoroughly.
  • In a pan, allow the gelatin to rise in the soy or dairy-free beverage of choice in a pan.  
    Once risen, heat the beverage at medium temperature until the gelatin dissolves.
  • Mix the two preparations and pour into serving cups and refrigerate.
  • This preparation can also be used as a pie filling.
