PINEAPPLE DIP

PINEAPPLE DIP

Ingredients

  • ½ cup (125 ml) unsweetened pineapple, chopped  
  • ¼ cup (65 ml) mayonnaise 
  • ¼ cup (65 ml) plain yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) tamari sauce
  • ½ teaspoon to 1 teaspoon (2 to 5 ml) Dijon mustard 
  • ½ teaspoon (2 ml) garlic powder 
  • ¼ to ½ teaspoon (1 to 2 ml) vegetable salt
  • Pepper, to taste

 

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients well :

Keep refrigerated.

Serve with raw vegetables: carrots and celery sticks, cauliflower and broccoli florets, mushrooms, peppers cut into sticks, sliced cucumbers, etc.
