BOSTON LETTUCE FAJITAS

BOSTON LETTUCE FAJITAS

Ingredients

All you need is a little creativity, and it’s guaranteed the fun will come. Bon appétit!

Portions: 4 (2 fajitas per person)

Ingredients:

  • 8 Boston lettuce leaves
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 2 diced fresh tomatoes
  • 3 sliced carrots
  • Coriander sprouts (or any of your favorite sprouts!)
  • 3 chicken breasts, or cooked black beans
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Your fajitas will taste even better if you use fresh organic vegetables and meat  :). Use your imagination to create the most colorful and tasty fajitas.

 

Preparation

Guacamole preparation:

  • Mash the avocado with a fork
  • Add the lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste

Chicken preparation:

  • Cook the chicken on the BBQ, a pan or the oven
  • Cut into slices

Place the rest of the ingredients in serving bowls/plates in the center of the table. Everybody will make their own fajitas!
