NUTRITIOUS BREAKFAST BOWL

Ingredients

Gives 2 portions

  • 1 organic apple
  • 1 organic pear
  • 1 organic big banana (or 2 small ones)
  • ½ cup (125 ml) Prana pumpkin seeds
  • 4 tablespoons (60 ml) Prana black chia seeds
  • ¾  cup (200 ml) Arayuma premium coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) Arayuma Ceylon cinnamon
  • Grated coconut to taste

Preparation

- Cut the fruits in pieces and separate equally into two bowls

- Pour 100ml of coconut milk in each bowl

- Top with the chia and pumpkin seeds, Ceylon cinnamon and grated coconut.
