PARSLEY & BASIL DRESSING

Ingredients

  • ½ cup (125 ml) organic cold pressed plant-based oil 
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) organic apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • ½ cup (125 ml) fresh parsley, chopped
  • ½ to ¾ teaspoon (2 to 3 ml) sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon (2 ml) dried basil or a few fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • Pinch of pepper

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients in a blender. 

Add to any of your favorite salads!
